HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

In mainland Spain the delivery will be made in 48 to 72 working hours, in the Balearic Islands in 3 or 4 working days and in the Canary Islands from 4 to 6 working days, as long as we have material in stock and it is not necessary to customize the material. Keep in mind that delivery times are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday) and that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Custom products will take 4 to 5 more business days to reach you.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Don’t worry, the carrier makes more than one delivery attempt. If the situation repeats itself, they will contact you by phone to make an appointment. Remember that you can put your work as the delivery address for ease.

UPS! MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order is taking longer than indicated when making your purchase, contact our Customer Service by sending an email to shop@torresibarzo.com. They will check the location of the package and request a tracking order for the shipment. RETURNS You have the right to return your order within 14 days without the need for justification, it is your right of withdrawal. CONSEQUENCES OF THE RETURN

At the time you decide to return the order, we will pay you all payments including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment used by you in the initial transaction, unless you notify us otherwise. We may hold the refund until we receive your return, or until you have submitted proof of the return. Orders must be returned to the ¡Qué FAntasía! warehouse, with address at C/Jardí, 82 Local, 08800, Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), email: shop@quefantasia.com. No later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal decision. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the order before the 14-day period has expired.

IT CANNOT BE RETURNED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

In any case, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on:

1. The purchase of digital products, once the product has been purchased, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that they will have lost their right to withdrawal.

2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

3. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (underwear).

4. The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

5. The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly (food, flowers, fruit baskets …).

6. The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inextricably mixed with other goods.

7. Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested the employer to visit him to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; If, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal should apply to said additional services or goods.

8. The supply of sealed sound recordings or videos or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

9. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

10. The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of entering into the sale contract and which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot control.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT?

Yes, but you will have to take care of the return of it and we will send you another size at no cost. We recommend that you review the size table where the measurements are specified for both width and length. The photos of the models also indicate what sizes they are wearing for you to use as a reference. Changes or returns of personalized and / or used products are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is evident in the product or in the personalization.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?

If what you want is to make a change in size or a return, you must send an email to shop@quefantasia.com and they will tell you how to proceed. If what you want is a product change, then you must proceed to return it and make a new purchase with the new product, we also recommend that you send an email to shop@quefantasia.com

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?

Once your product has been personalized, you will no longer be able to change or return it, unless the product has a manufacturing and / or customization defect. Before choosing the customize option, we advise you to make sure that the size you choose is correct.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE MONEY FROM MY REFUND?

When we receive the return package, we will refund the amount within a maximum period of 7 to 10 days. The return will be made in the same form of payment that you used in the purchase, that is: If you have paid with a credit card, you will receive a credit in the account associated with that card that you can check on its statement. The payment settlement date will depend on your bank. If you have paid through PayPal, a credit will be made to your PayPal account.
